Mission Statement

Simpson, P.C., is a small law firm dedicated to the notion that quality representation and legal counseling are for everyone. Every matter receives individual attention and honest assessment, and the client’s interests are paramount. Efficiency and integrity are the watchwords. The cheapest solution to a problem is not always the best solution, but the most expensive almost never is. Effective representation means listening—to the client’s short-term goals, their long-term aspirations, and their immediate concerns—and planning a strategy that gives fair consideration to all three. It means planning for the long-term to prevent or minimize problems before they even arise. It is a philosophy put into practice every day and in every matter.

The firm’s focus is on civil appellate matters for small law firms, employment representation and counseling for small businesses and individuals, and general civil practice in commercial and personal injury law. Rates are available upon request.
